BRAND IT to LAND IT

panel discussion at moore college

Thank you to the attentive audience who joined us at MOORE to hear the dynamic panel discussion focused on fashion branding. I was humbled to share my thoughts on sustaining creativity while balancing the demands of building a professional career in the arts.  In addition to the lecture, I was happy to supplement the experience by exhibiting the work of a recent project: SURFACE featuring Julia Blaukopf’s photographic wallpaper panels and canvas scrims documenting my collection while raising funds for the Reading Viaduct Project. Sharing this site-specific installation contributed volumes to expressing my artistic path as a sculptor and textile artist while sharing the aesthetic of “collaboration” and of “cross-discipline” while thinking “social impact.” All integral components to my creative philosophy.
